Depending on the written quotation, a project may include appliqué, embroidered lettering, decorative borders, hanging systems or other hand-applied details. Final materials, production time, price and delivery arrangements are confirmed before work proceeds.

Leadslane focuses on bespoke, heritage-inspired textile commissions. Projects are not presented as mass-produced stock items: the requested size, visual references, materials, attachment method and intended use are reviewed before a quotation is prepared.
Customers receive a written specification covering the agreed design, price, expected production window and delivery arrangements. Any request for an exact historical reproduction or external specialist review must be agreed separately in writing.

Where suitable for the intended material and included in the written quotation, natural or traditionally inspired colour options can be discussed. Colour appearance varies between fibres, dye batches, lighting conditions and digital screens, so final shades are agreed through samples or references rather than guaranteed by screen appearance alone.
